Featured: Back Bay Renovation

Completely renovated two condominium units in Back Bay's historic Vendome Building. With nearly 8 months of pre-construction and planning, and a construction duration of almost 14 months, it's one of the Company's largest projects to date. The remodel included turning two side-by-side duplex condominiums into two single story units, and the removal of stairways and several load bearing walls. The kitchen, two bathrooms, and the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems were all updated. The result was a large open floor plan with sweeping city views.
